Accommodation & Dining
We have 37 en-suite bedrooms, several with patio doors leading onto our enclosed garden.

All our rooms are beautifully furnished to a high standard, however we do invite our residents to bring familiar pieces of furniture with them to help make them feel at home.

The Victorian character of the property is evident in the communal rooms where we have a number of spacious lounges, quiet areas and elegant dining rooms, whilst the enclosed gardens offer peace and tranquil surroundings especially during the summer months .

All meals are home-cooked by our catering staff using fresh local produce. We design our menus to cater for our residents’ expressed preferences and dietary and nutritional needs.

Should family and friends wish to join residents for a meal we will happily accommodate the request to ensure our residents feel that Whitefield House is their home. Main mealtimes are typically: Breakfast: 8.00 -10.30, Lunch: 12.15 - 13.:00, Dinner: 16:45 – 17:30 , Supper: 19.45 onward

Activities
We offer our residents a wide activity programme including visits to local areas of interest, musical entertainment and games events. We also organise activities for family members to join in and be part of the fun.

We always listen to our residents and welcome any suggestions for new events.
